The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES) is committed to offering goods and services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14(2) and Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law.
We provide an approved insurance coverage for customers on pre-paid treatment packages, membership and gift vouchers. The insurance protection will be processed immediately on collection of payment.
The approved insurance and prepaid package is valid for 12 months from date of purchase & the maximum insurance per consumer will be $10,000. The insurance will compensate the customers for unutilised package value in the event of business closure.
All pre-payment packages is valid for 12 months from date of purchase, with insurance coverage for 12 months.
The Certificate of Insurance will clearly state the name of business, validity of coverage and value of coverage.
All pre-payments including, but are not limited to packages and vouchers will be covered by insurance.
2. TES Client Feedback Policy

Customer complaints will be addressed as soon as possible, within a reasonable time frame and will be resolved in the timeframe of no more than 21 days.
The average time taken to initially respond to a complaint is 3 working days, and 21 working days to resolve a complaint.
If a customer is not satisfied with the proposed resolution, we would advise the customer to contact CASE Mediation Centre at +65 6277 5100. The CASE Mediation Centre is located at 170 Ghim Moh Road #05-01 Ulu Pandan Community Building, Singapore 279621.
3. TES Privacy and Security Policy
We are committed to ensuring all customers’ data are kept strictly private per the Personal Data Protection Act and our PDPC policy. All customers’ particulars are solely for the purpose of completing sales transactions. We will always seek an acknowledgement of consent from our customers in the event we wish to utilise the information given to us for our marketing purposes.
In order for you to receive our services and offers, The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES) must collect personal information such as your name, identity number, date of birth, email address and contact number. Once you provide us your personal information, you have opted in to receive voice call, email and sms communication from us including communications that are promotional or marketing in nature. You may withdraw such consent by writing in to hello@theeverydayskin.com.sg and Attention it to “Personal Data Protection Officer”.
All information is currently stored in our in-house private server. We will not share or disclose your personal information to anyone other than authorised representatives of the company.
We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures we have implemented reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on our website so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we may disclose it to anyone.

4. TES Bookings and Deposits Policy
NON-PACKAGE HOLDERS: Customers who have appointment(s) booked for any treatments/services with any of our outlet(s) in advance shall notify the outlet(s) of any cancellations either through phone/Whatsapp or in person at least 24 hours in advance.
Failing to do so, The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES) reserves the right to deduct the deposit of the scheduled treatment(s)/service(s) off that the customer has already paid upon booking due to our lost revenue with the relevant appointment time slots blocked out.
PACKAGE HOLDERS: Customers who have appointment(s) booked for any treatments/services with any of our outlet(s) in advance shall notify the outlet(s) of any cancellations either through phone/Whatsapp or in person at least 24 hours in advance.
Failing to do so, The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES) reserves the right to deduct the full price of the scheduled treatment(s)/service(s) off the customers’ existing package(s) or pursue the customers for the full payment of the treatment(s)/service(s) booked due to our lost revenue with the relevant appointment time slots blocked out.
Reminders are sent out one day prior to their appointment date, and at least one month prior to package expiry.
Deposits will be returned to the customer should there be any service cancelled by The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES).
5. TES Clear Advertising, Fees & Payments
The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES) does not charge GST. All prices of products and services are quoted as nett prices and will be clearly communicated to our customers and prominently stated at appropriate shop areas and/or communication materials.
We accept cash, paynow, CDC/SG60 voucher payment methods in-store. Receipts will be issued to customers to acknowledge any form of payment.
We are committed to ethical advertising and promotion. We adhere to all relevant laws and industry standards, ensure transparency and honesty in our communications, respect consumer privacy, and represent our products accurately.
We also prioritise responsible messaging and age-appropriate content, provide regular training to our employees on ethical practices, and maintain clear channels for consumer feedback.
We also ensure that products and services offered match what is on our website and other marketing platforms/communications.
We adopt fair and ethical business practices as well as accurate marketing communications at all times.
We ensure that sufficient details on pricing, quality, availability and terms of sales are clearly communicated across our marketing channels.
For all promotions we run (discounts, lucky draws, free gifts, giveaways, contests etc.), we will ensure that all promotional materials will clearly state terms, eligibility, validity periods and exclusions.
For promotions on retail products, we will ensure sufficient inventory for the duration of the promotion, and will also clearly state that the promotion is while stocks last on all marketing materials.
All of our prices are listed in Singapore Dollars.
All services/add-ons, products and discounted prices/promotions are clearly stated in TES’s marketing collaterals, website and display in the store to avoid unethical advertising and promotion.
We are committed to avoid over and under-charging and to ensure the correct change is given to our customers, where required.
All prices quoted will be honoured by TES at the time of booking for treatments, packages and other related services.
The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES) reserves the right to adjust, alter or amend our services and menu at any time without prior notice.
6. TES Package, Exchange & Refunds
The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES) greatly values the satisfaction of our customers and aims to provide a memorable experience.
As part of service guarantee, customers may request an exchange for a different therapist (subject to availability) within the first 15 minutes of their session and the session will end at the same scheduled time.
There is strictly no refunds once the full treatment session has been completed.
All packages (treatment or credit) sold are valid for 1 year from the start date of the package (i.e. booking of your first service). You may request for an extension on valid medical grounds (please support with valid medical documents).
PACKAGE/GIFT VOUCHER/MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS: Customers who wish to return or refund a purchased package, gift voucher or membership, whether in full or partial through a deposit, can do so within a cooling period of five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the purchase date for a full refund, upon presentation of the original transaction receipt. If any part of the package has been utilised, the amount will be deducted based on the a la carte price listed in the service menu before the remaining balance will be refunded.
PACKAGES-WITH-PRODUCT REFUNDS: Customers who wish to return or refund a purchased package with products, whether in full or partial through a deposit, can do so within a cooling period of five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the purchase date for a full refund, upon presentation of the original transaction receipt.
If any part of the pre-payment has been utilised, the amount deducted for the treatment and/or product will be based on the a la carte price listed in the service/retail menu before the remaining balance will be refunded.
PRODUCT REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Customers who wish to refund or exchange a purchased of products, whether in full or partial through a deposit, can do so within a cooling period of five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the purchase date for a full refund, upon presentation of the original transaction receipt.
We will only accept products which are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for refunds or exchanges. Customers can exchange products by paying the price difference if the new product is of higher value. If it is of equal value, no additional payment is required. There will be no refunds of the difference if the new product is of a lower value. Product refunds will be based on the a la carte price listed in the product retail menu.
After the 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) cooling-off period, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed on any pre-payments for services of payments, apart from medical reasons substantiated with supporting medical documents. The customer may make an exchange for other packages/products of the same or lower value.
Refunds do not include discounts, complimentary treatments and used sessions of packages.
For any refunds requested, a 10% administrative charge will be imposed and deducted from the original amount paid.
Deposits will be returned to the customer should there be any service cancelled by The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES).
All refunds may be made via Paynow or bank transfer within 14 working days.
Packages are non-transferable. However, packages may be shared as long as the booking is made by the package holder.
Gift vouchers will not be honoured past its expiry date. Vouchers are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Voucher will be null and void if damaged or if any amendments have been made. Remaining value of vouchers is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
TES Packages are shareable only with family, partner/GF/BF.
Prices are in SGD and are nett-priced.
In the event of no-shows/last-min cancellations, full treatment pricing will be deducted from your credits.
7. TES Gift Vouchers and Cards Policy
Our services, treatments and products (in-store purchase only) are available for purchase as gift vouchers and gift cards. They are not valid for product purchases on our online shop.
Gift recipients can change the purchased treatment by paying the difference if the new treatment is of higher value. If it’s of equal value, no additional payment is required. There will be no refunds of the difference in value if the new treatment is of a lower value.
All gift vouchers and gift cards must be redeemed within one year from date of purchase. There will strictly be no extensions of expiry dates. The gift recipient is advised to make an appointment via the given unique QR code only and also to ensure the availability of their preferred timing.
Gift vouchers and gift cards purchased cannot be redeemable or exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost, damaged, stolen or if any amendments have been made.
Remaining value of the gift vouchers and gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
We accept original gift vouchers issued by our Company, which must be presented prior to booking/treatment.
8. TES Stress Free Environment Policy
As part of service guarantee, customers may request an exchange for a different therapist (subject to availability) within the first 15 minutes of their session and the session will end at the same scheduled time.
We serve both male & female customers.
It is our policy not to engage in selling activities or any form of selling tactics strictly during treatments and in the treatment rooms.
We contact our customers via mobile phone or email.
We are committed to ensuring all customers’ data are kept strictly private per the Personal Data Protection Act and our PDPC policy. Therapists are strictly prohibited from bringing their mobile phones, video/image capturing devices into the treatment rooms during treatment, unless required by nature of treatment (e. before and after images for a facial treatment). TES will obtain the customer’s consent for the use of their images for any advertising purposes.
We are committed to our therapist being formally trained to meet training standards in accordance with prevailing CAT 1 massage licence requirements stipulated by the Licensing Authority.
We are committed to have monthly briefings are held to remind staff not to make any unethical promises to customers, which are not part of the Company’s advertising and promotion package. Any staff found guilty of making unrealistic/unethical promises will be given a stern warning and appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken.
